Richmond Lingard known affectionately as Ricky, is a devoted community servant with a distinguished 25-year career in law enforcement. Ricky is a proud father of two and grandfather, with his son serving as a military veteran. As a decorated police officer, Ricky received numerous awards for his exceptional service, including recognition for community policing and firearms instruction.
After retiring as a sergeant from the second district, Ricky founded Franchise Senior Sports, an organization dedicated to promoting socialization and physical activity among seniors. This endeavor was inspired by his personal experience supporting a friend who lost their life to COVID-19 and his recognition of the significant benefits of socialization for seniors.
Ricky's passion for sports dates back to his childhood, having started playing baseball at age 11 and continuing to play throughout his adult life. At just 12 years old, he founded the North Stars softball team, which later evolved into Laugh Out Loud Softball Team.
As a certified firearms instructor, Taser instructor, and community policing specialist, Ricky brings a wealth of expertise to his community initiatives. He is also a proud Mason and member of the Masonic Temple.
Through Franchise Senior Sports, Ricky aims to connect seniors from diverse backgrounds, encouraging them to engage in physical activity and foster a healthier lifestyle. His vision extends nationwide, seeking to make a meaningful impact on senior communities across the country.

Anjie Lingard is a multifaceted leader, serving as Cofounder and Treasurer of Franchise Senior Sports. With a distinguished 27-year career at Bank of America, Anjie has honed her expertise across various departments, including the loan department, teller lines, and private banking. Her banking prowess was further enhanced by attending the esteemed AIB Banking School, where she earned multiple certificates and certifications. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Anjie is deeply committed to community service. She has served as Chaplain for the St. Louis Police Wives Association and is an active member of the Eastern Star Association.

Tracey Mash is an award-winning author, entrepreneur, and passionate community leader dedicated to inspiring confidence, purpose, and positive change. She is the author of I LOVE ME SOME ME, an empowering children’s book that promotes self-love and identity development in young readers. Tracey is also the owner and designer behind Tracey’s Treasures, LLC, a handcrafted jewelry brand that reflects her creativity and commitment to meaningful expression.
With a heart for service, Tracey founded and led D.I.V.A.’s—Divine Intercession for Virtuous Adolescents—a nonprofit organization in Texas that mentored at-risk teen girls and young mothers for over a decade. Through her leadership, D.I.V.A.’s provided life skills training, mentorship, and scholarships to help young women build brighter futures.

Annicia Powell holds a Master of Education in Special Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Affairs from Harris Stowe State University. She is also certified in Missouri Special Education, Mild/Moderate Cross Categorical. As Development Director and Grant Writer, Annicia will leverage her expertise in grant writing, program development, and community outreach to drive our organization's mission forward. Her passion for empowering communities and improving lives makes her a valuable asset to our team.

Lynn has dedicated 35 years to the St. Louis Police Department, beginning as a Prisoner Processing Clerk for 19 years and then serving as a Civilian Supervisor for the past 16 years. In 2016, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Following this, she pursued a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Administration from Lindenwood University. Lynn's commitment to service extends beyond her role at the Police Department. Her professional journey reflects her unwavering dedication to making a difference in the lives of others.

ZaKeeyia Holmes is a St. Louis, Missouri native with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Full Sail University and an academic foundation in Marketing and Psychology from the University of Central Missouri. She is dedicated to using design, storytelling, and the arts to inspire meaningful change.
With nine years of experience as a Direct Support Professional and three years in retail, ZaKeeyia has developed a strong foundation in person-centered support, customer engagement, advocacy, and community outreach. Her experience working alongside individuals with diverse needs has deepened her commitment to promoting inclusion, accessibility, and equitable opportunities while strengthening her ability to communicate with empathy and build authentic relationships.
As a graphic designer and creative entrepreneur, ZaKeeyia specializes in branding, digital design, visual storytelling, and media strategy. She believes that thoughtful design has the power to educate, connect, and inspire action, creating visual experiences that amplify important voices and foster stronger communities.
Beyond her professional work, ZaKeeyia is a passionate advocate for wellness and mental health awareness. She believes that creativity is a powerful tool for healing, self-expression, and personal growth. Through her work and community involvement, she seeks to encourage conversations that reduce stigma surrounding mental health while promoting emotional well-being, and holistic self-care. She is especially interested in creating spaces where individuals of all ages feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
As a multidisciplinary artist, ZaKeeyia enjoys exploring a variety of creative mediums, using art as both a form of personal expression and a way to connect with others. David Larkan brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the Franchise Sports board, combining an extensive background in law enforcement, athletics, publishing, and personal development. His career in law enforcement began in 1988 with the North Little Rock Police Department, where he served as a patrol officer, FTO (Field Training Officer), and a founding member of the Community Oriented Policing (COP) program. David’s dedication to specialized operations included roles as an undercover narcotics officer and an active SWAT team member, holding both entry and sniper positions. He also served as an officer on the ATF Task Force, bridging efforts between the North Little Rock Police Department and the federal agency.
Currently a Lieutenant at the Camp Robinson Police Department, David oversees Patrol, K-9 operations, and Training Development. As a K-9 Handler, he works closely with his partner, Valor, a German Short Haired Pointer. His passion for education and personal safety extends to teaching self-defense tactics to employees, nurses, and administration at Baptist Health, the state’s largest healthcare facility with over 15 campuses.
A Third Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, David also has a distinguished athletic background. He played minor league football in the NAFL for the Arkansas Rhinos where he was captain of the special teams where they won a conference championship. He also played minor league baseball in the Pecos League and continues to play Senior Softball. His athletic achievements include representing Arkansas in the Senior Men’s Baseball World Series in Arizona, where his team placed second overall, and winning three National Championship Titles in Senior Softball, including being named MVP at the Texas State Championship.
David’s talents extend beyond law enforcement and sports. He was the editor of Today’s Man, a lifestyle magazine for men with statewide coverage in Arkansas. As a licensed private investigator, he applies his extensive detective and law enforcement skills to solve complex cases in both the corporate and civilian setting.
An avid strength and conditioning practitioner and devoted dog lover, David has been married to his wife, Lee Ann, for 35 years. Together, they have raised three grown children. His faith is the cornerstone of his life, and he finds profound meaning in serving his Savior, the Lion of Judah. David believes his journey to Franchise Sports is no coincidence, as its mascot—a lion—symbolizes strength, courage, and purpose, values he strives to embody in every aspect of his life.
