
Richmond Lingard known affectionately as Ricky, is a devoted community servant with a distinguished 25-year career in law enforcement. Ricky is a proud father of two and grandfather, with his son serving as a military veteran. As a decorated police officer, Ricky received numerous awards for his exceptional service, including recognition for community policing and firearms instruction.
After retiring as a sergeant from the second district, Ricky founded Franchise Senior Sports, an organization dedicated to promoting socialization and physical activity among seniors. This endeavor was inspired by his personal experience supporting a friend who lost their life to COVID-19 and his recognition of the significant benefits of socialization for seniors.
Ricky's passion for sports dates back to his childhood, having started playing baseball at age 11 and continuing to play throughout his adult life. At just 12 years old, he founded the North Stars softball team, which later evolved into Laugh Out Loud Softball Team.
As a certified firearms instructor, Taser instructor, and community policing specialist, Ricky brings a wealth of expertise to his community initiatives. He is also a proud Mason and member of the Masonic Temple.
Through Franchise Senior Sports, Ricky aims to connect seniors from diverse backgrounds, encouraging them to engage in physical activity and foster a healthier lifestyle. His vision extends nationwide, seeking to make a meaningful impact on senior communities across the country.

Lynn has dedicated 35 years to the St. Louis Police Department, beginning as a Prisoner Processing Clerk for 19 years and then serving as a Civilian Supervisor for the past 16 years. In 2016, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Following this, she pursued a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Administration from Lindenwood University. Lynn's commitment to service extends beyond her role at the Police Department. Her professional journey reflects her unwavering dedication to making a difference in the lives of others.

Zakeeyia Holmes is a 27-year-old St. Louis, Missouri native who holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Full Sail University, with an academic background in Psychology from the University of Central Missouri. With nine years of experience as a Direct Support Professional and three years in retail, she brings a well-rounded background in person-centered support, customer engagement, advocacy, and community outreach. As a graphic designer and creative entrepreneur, she combines her growing skills in branding, digital design, visual storytelling, and media strategy to support program development and outreach initiatives.
She is passionate about empowering communities and supporting youth development by using creativity, empathy, and real-world experience to create inclusive, impactful communication that inspires growth.

She is the author of I LOVE ME SOME ME, an empowering children’s book that promotes self-love and identity development in young readers. Tracey is also the owner and designer behind Tracey’s Treasures, LLC, a handcrafted jewelry brand that reflects her creativity and commitment to meaningful expression.
With a heart for service, Tracey founded and led D.I.V.A.’s—Divine Intercession for Virtuous Adolescents—a nonprofit organization in Texas that mentored at-risk teen girls and young mothers for over a decade. Through her leadership, D.I.V.A.’s provided life skills training, mentorship, and scholarships to help young women build brighter futures.

Anjie Lingard is a multifaceted leader, serving as Cofounder and Treasurer of Franchise Senior Sports. With a distinguished 27-year career at Bank of America, Anjie has honed her expertise across various departments, including the loan department, teller lines, and private banking. Her banking prowess was further enhanced by attending the esteemed AIB Banking School, where she earned multiple certificates and certifications. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Anjie is deeply committed to community service. She has served as Chaplain for the St. Louis Police Wives Association and is an active member of the Eastern Star Association.

Annicia Powell holds a Master of Education in Special Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Affairs from Harris Stowe State University. She is also certified in Missouri Special Education, Mild/Moderate Cross Categorical. As Development Director and Grant Writer, Annicia will leverage her expertise in grant writing, program development, and community outreach to drive our organization's mission forward. Her passion for empowering communities and improving lives makes her a valuable asset to our team.

Connie D. Hampton is an executive assistant with 40+ years of experience in the area of administration. She is skilled in time management, project coordination, event planning, strategic execution, and customer service. She carries the gift of exhortation, loves traveling, enjoys spending time with family, and simply relaxing at home. She’s a harmonizer; balance is her gift and her challenge.
